Ms. Waterfield is an accomplished international educator and instructional leader with over 20 years of cross-cultural experience spanning the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and China. She is currently completing her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership.

Over the past eight years, she has held multiple core senior leadership roles at a leading international education group. In these capacities, she spearheaded a wide range of strategic initiatives covering teaching and learning frameworks, curriculum development, teacher evaluation, professional growth pathways, language support programmes, academic intervention strategies, and university counselling preparation.

Highly regarded for her instructional leadership and expertise in data-informed decision-making, Ms. Waterfield excels at building sustainable academic infrastructures to elevate student learning outcomes and foster a campus culture centred on academic excellence and continuous improvement. As Academic Principal, she will oversee the school’s strategic academic planning and curriculum innovation.
