Ms. Sabrina Waterfield is an accomplished international educator and instructional leader with over 20 years of experience spanning the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and China. She is currently finalizing her Doctor of Education (EdD).

For the past eight years at a famous education group in Shenzhen, Ms. Waterfield has held several pivotal senior leadership roles. In these capacities, she has spearheaded initiatives in teaching and learning, curriculum development, teacher evaluation, professional growth systems, language support, academic interventions, and university readiness strategies.

Ms. Waterfield is highly regarded for her expertise in instructional leadership and data-informed decision-making. She specializes in developing sustainable academic structures that enhance student outcomes and foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement. As Principal, she will lead our strategic academic planning and curriculum innovation.
